Department Visitations
A team from the Office of the Principal of Students occasionally holds interactive meetings with Teachers and students of the various Departments. Efforts are made to meet with the Heads of Department, and the Teachers in each Department to discuss issues, involving students, regarding how to improve the quality of services for students and the Kings & Queens Scientific High School in general. These meetings are held in the first and second semesters every year.
Teachers are encouraged to look out for vulnerable students who may be pressured academically, financially or psychologically. Similar exclusive interactive meetings are organized with students where they are encouraged to present their concerns verbally or in writing. Feedback from these meetings are appropriately documented and disseminated to the Kings & Queens Scientific High School Academic Board for review. The overall purposes of these meetings are to deepen collaboration between the Principal's office and the Departments to promote strong working relations to produce sustainable, measurable and achievable results.
